Returns & Exchanges
NAOT’S RETURN POLICY
- Items marked final sale are discontinued and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Please test-drive your shoes indoors on a clean surface to make sure you love them before wearing outdoors.
- All Naot Footwear in Canada is warrantied for against manufacturing defect for 6 months. We do not warranty against wear.
- Footwear must be sent back within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Footwear must be unworn and include the original usable shoe box.
- For shoes purchased in-store, please contact the retail store directly to discuss procedures for returning/exchanging an item before sending any shoes back.
- For online orders, please fill out the return form below to start the return/exchange process or email naotweb@naotcanada.com.
- For online orders, exchanges are free if you bring your shoes directly to one of the Naot stores in your area. Please contact us first before returning in-store for authorization.
- If you are shipping your shoes back to the store or warehouse, you are responsible for the shipping charges for the return shipment.
- For exchanges, shipping of replacement pair will be free if the value of the replacement pair is $150 and above before tax. Otherwise, the customer shall cover the shipping fee of the replacement pair.
- If you think your shoes are defective, please call the retail store you purchased your shoes from for instructions.
- We cannot reimburse any expedited shipping fees added to your original order.
- Refunds can take an additional 2–10 business days to post to your account, depending on your credit card.
