The Naot Chief is a lace up dress shoe with a contrasting heel cup. This style has a padded heel cup & tongue for ultimate comfort. The Chief has padded technical lining in the front for comfort and moisture absorption. Naot's removable, anatomic cork & latex footbed is wrapped in pampering suede and molds to the shape of the foot with wear. The Executive Collection features a 1.75" TPR sole. This collection uses a hand-sewn Strobel construction making it strong and extremely flexible. Our patented Naot Replacement Footbeds are also available for Chief.

My favourite shoes

I have been wearing these shoes for some years now - I think this might be my third pair. I wear them almost every day for all sorts of activities and have them repaired as needed. Very sturdy and comfortable, and usable as dress shoes as well, once they become worn they become gardening apparel
