I rarely write a review but, I bought a pair of these sandals in 2012, for a trip to Europe. I remember being a bit unsure about spending that much money on one pair of shoes. All I wore on the month long trip was these or a pair of hiking boots. After about 6 years of wear the back strap had stretched and they fit a bit sloppy. I took them to a shoe repair shop and for $5, he shortened the back strap. It is now 2023 and I am still wearing them! These are the best sandals I have ever purchased, they just don't wear out. I will probably by the exact same pair again next year.
