These are the most comfortable shoes/sandals that I can recall having straight out of the box. I consistently wear a Naot size 42 and they are a bit shorter than I would like but they still work.

Wore out my first pair, extensive walking on every warm weather destination. Comfortable, look stylish, pack light. My favourite go-to sandals. Happily working on wearing out my second pair.

I have about 5 pairs of Kaylas as well as numerous other sandals in the "Elegant" line. They fit my medium to narrow feet perfectly and I wear them all day right out of the box.No rubbing. I do size up from 40 to 41 for my size 9.5 feet. They do run 1/2 size short. Ever since I discovered Rachels about 15 years ago I've been wearing nothing but Naot sandals all summer, every summer. I love the hook and loop closures, the suede and cork insoles and the great arch support (a requirement of mine). Keep 'em coming -- more colors, more Elegant styles. I'll never stop wearing these as along as you don't try to "improve" them. They're perfect now.
